Cochran Avenue Sewer Lateral Replacement Project
Duboistown Borough will receive sealed bids, one (1) original and two (2) copies, for Cochran Avenue Sewer Lateral Replacement, until prevailing time on 12:00 PM on Friday December 15 th , 2023 at the Borough Office, 2651 Euclid Ave, Duboistown, PA, at which time and place, all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
This project involves replacing utility laterals with proposed cleanouts along Cochran Avenue. “This project is being supported in part, by federal award number SLFRP2851 awarded to Duboistown Borough by the U.S. Department of the Treasury.”
Copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained by depositing $200.00 with LIVIC Civil, LLC at 61 Duke Street, Suite 100, Northumberland, PA for each set. Electronic Copies of the Contract Documents may be requested via email, free of charge, from Justin Jackson at jjackson@livicco.com. There is no pre-bid meeting currently for this project. The last day for questions is December 8th, 2023 at 5:00 PM.
A certified check or bank draft payable to the order of Duboistown Borough, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total of the Bid, shall be submitted with each bid. The Bidder shall include the fully completed Non-Collusion Affidavit with the bid.
Bids may be held by Duboistown Borough for up to 60 days from the date of opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders prior to awarding the contract. Duboistown Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities, or to negotiate contract amounts. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage applies to this Project.
