TEC Capital Corporation (TEC-CC) helps finance eligible small businesses that have difficulty obtaining loans for start-up capital and business growth, while TEC Community Development Corporation partners with residents, local businesses, and community groups to lead community engagement and neighborhood revitalization projects. In addition, we offer specialized resources for high-growth businesses and businesses in the culinary, transportation, construction, and janitorial industries.
The Enterprise Center Capital Corporation (TEC-CC)
The Enterprise Center Capital Corporation’s mission is to provide debt and equity capital that businesses need to start, grow, and succeed. With a focus on women-owned and minority-owned businesses, the Capital Corporation offers low-interest loans with flexible terms in a wide range of sizes, combined with pre- and post- loan financial advising to ensure that businesses get the best results from each loan. Growth-ready businesses also have the option of pursuing equity investment.
Founded in 2002, The Enterprise Center Capital Corporation is a CDFI (Community Development Financial Institution) and the U.S. Small Business Administration Microloan Intermediary, serving Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia Counties in Pennsylvania and Camden County in New Jersey.

The Enterprise Center Community Development Corporation extends The Enterprise Center’s mission of growth and inclusion to the neighborhood level in West Philadelphia. We engage local businesses and residents with the goal of creating safe, prosperous, and vibrant neighborhoods for all. We seek to foster community-driven economic development that both attracts new investment and empowers longstanding residents and businesses.
