MBE Equity Multiplier

We are here to serve minority enterprises to position their businesses to access equity financing. Our goal is to get as many minority businesses ready, and to connect as many ready minority businesses as possible to equity investors. This is a priority considering the well documented challenges minority businesses face when seeking out venture capital - Black and Latinx founders accounted for less than 4% of all venture capital deals, and only 2.3% of all venture dollars raised in the U.S in 2019.

We will work with businesses at their current stage to navigate the equity investment process and ecosystem, which will include:

  • Developing investment packages
  • Reviewing financials and pitch decks from an investor perspective
  • Learning timing and requirements (including legal) in the investment cycle
  • Making connections to investors once businesses are ready

ALL OUR SERVICES ARE FREE & AVAILABLE TO MINORITY BUSINESS LEADERS ACROSS THE U.S.
