The Dorrance H. Hamilton Center for Culinary Enterprises

“The CCE is the first place I turned to when starting my business, and they’ve helped me every step of the way.” – Vanessa Jerolmack, Taco Angeleno

Located at 310 S. 48th Street, The Dorrance H. Hamilton Center for Culinary Enterprises (CCE) supports both established and start-up food businesses and food processors in need of commercial kitchen space and technical assistance, as part of The Enterprise Center's mission to encourage the growth of local businesses and spur job creation in our communities. The CCE boasts 5,000 square feet of commercial grade cooking facilities, including four state-of-the-art, shared-use commercial kitchens, an E-kitchen, and space for Common Table, The Enterprise Center’s restaurant incubator program. Additionally, the building houses the 48th Street Grille, a sit-down restaurant operated by former CCE client Carl Lewis.

Attending a Foodie Forum information session is the first step toward becoming a member of the CCE.
