Center for Culinary Enterprises Application

This is the initial application to become a member of the Dorrance H. Hamilton Center for Culinary Enterprises (CCE).

A staff member will follow up on your application within 5-10 business days. In the next step of the application process, you will be asked for your resume and a business plan (if you have one).

To operate in the CCE's shared kitchen space, the following documents/certifications are required: ServSafe Certification, Food Safety Certification, and Liability Insurance.

If you do not have them all at this time, we will help/advise you on getting the required information. You will be able to submit documents throughout the application process after this initial application.
